"When I bought my first home last year - a real fixer-upper - the first project I addressed was ensuring that I had a new reliable and efficient HVAC system. I needed an AC installed and furnace upgrade, as well as new ducting run to a finished attic that was previously heated with electric baseboards -- big costly jobs that were daunting to me as a new homeowner. These are things that are so critical to the comfort, function, and value of a home, but are way out of my knowledge/expertise, leaving me to put blind faith and investment in the person I hired. I was very fortunate to know Blayne and he was my first call. While doing an electrical apprenticeship, my brother worked alongside Blayne and had nothing but the best to say about his work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. He thought so highly of Blayne that he decided to train under him for a period of time. Great customer service. My hot water heater failed and they installed a new unit right away, that they had ordered for their personal home so that I didn't have to wait! Also have had them repair my furnace and air conditioner. I have had great luck with their service, they are always up front and will explain any questions you have about repairs required.
